Fondazione Una Nessuna Centomila

Despite the widespread commitment of many non-profit organizations, an unsustainable situation of inequality, discrimination, and lack of respect of women's rights persists in Italy. Women remain exposed to exclusion and violence.
Unlike other European countries, there is no specific Foundation in Italy to support anti-violence centers and dedicated primarily to the prevention and contrast of violence against women. Una Nessuna Centomila is the first Italian Foundation with this mission.We have the ambitious goals of giving the necessary funds, increasing the quantity and quality of funding, to support anti-violence centres, organisations, movements, networks and projects for women's rights, empowerment, and autonomy; spread the culture of inclusion by connecting feminist knowledge with political, social and cultural networks and organizations.
We have set the following objectives for the next three years:
- promote cultural events, concerts, and exhibitions to raise awareness on discrimination and violence against women and raise funds for shelters.
- Improve the level of service to women victims of violence, activating new anti-violence centres, especially in southern Italy
- Involve over 10 million Italians in the cause through high-impact musical and cultural events
- Involve, at least, 25,000 schools across the Country with “emotional education” for young students
- Network with other Italian organizations active on the cause to maximize the impact
