On January 2022 SVS Donna Aiuta Donna and two other non-profit entities set up an association with the purposes to create the project Ri-Nascita and renew a public area held by the Milan Administration. This is the new important project of SVS DAD together with Casa di Accoglienza delle Donne Maltrattate di Milano (CADMI), which will be carried out together with the Campacavallo, an association that works with horses, for gentle riding and pet therapy and offers circus courses. The ATS, led by SVS DAD, was awarded the surface rights of the Cascina Carpana for 90 years, winning the notice from the Municipality of Milan and assuming the restructuring costs of the asset. The creation of a residential and day center “Cascina Ri_Nascita” where women
and their children, victims of sexual and domestic violence can safely live, rebuild psychological confidence, acquire new professional skills and get their own economic independence.
