The project aims to help women who live or have experienced experiences of physical, psychological, sexual, and/or trauma violence due to stalking or other forms of gender-based violence.
Helping a woman who asks for support on her own path out of violence means
improve the lives of his sons and daughters as well.
In the Anti-Violence Centres, there are reception workers, psychologists, lawyers, volunteers who accompany women on pathways out of violence, in particular:
• accompany women and their sons and daughters out of a violent relationship;
• take care of the women most suffering from trauma therapeutically;
• support women by facing the economic difficulties often due to the need for a job placement;
• support women in judicial pathways related to separation and/or custody of daughters and sons.
The fund resources will be used to:
- Individual support for the path out of violence, reception interviews and guaranteed by operators specifically trained to support them in the paths of out of the violence of the victims' women who turn to the Anti-Violence Centre
- Support for socio-economic inclusion, professional reception and accompaniment in
phases of the construction of the economic autonomy of women and the family unit managed by and professionals trained in the use of tools and methods aimed at managing the difficulties that may be encountered in the orientation to work and the socio-economic inclusion of women victims of violence;
- Wellness support, psychologists and psychotherapists to offer women the opportunity to
to deal with and process trauma in individual counseling, psychological therapy, speech and therapeutic groups.
Beneficiaries: women (alone or with sons/daughters) and Italian and foreign girls victims of violence based on gender and domestic violence.
